Welcome to Everything what a shop needs. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the Everything what a shop needs application (the "App") in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

We believe your data belongs to you. Our mission is to provide powerful commerce tools while respecting the privacy of you and your customers.

02 Data Collection

When you install the App, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Store Identity: Domain name, store name, email address, and owner location.
• Product Ecosystem: Catalog data including titles, handles, descriptions, images, and prices.
• Operational Logs: Information about how you interact with the app dashboard.

We collect this data solely to provide the services you've activated, such as dynamic bundles, volume discounts, and cart optimizations.

03 Customer Data

For your customers, we process minimal data necessary for core app functioning:

• Cart Content: Items added to the cart to calculate relevant bundles.
• Interaction Events: Clicks on bundle widgets to provide you with performance analytics.

We do not store PII (Personally Identifiable Information) of your customers unless specifically required for a feature you've enabled (e.g., historical discount tracking).

04 Data Usage

We use the information we collect to:

• Communicate with you regarding app status and updates.
• Provide customer support and technical troubleshooting.
• Improve and optimize the App's user experience through aggregated analytics.

05 Security & Retention

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Your data is stored on secure, VPC-isolated servers.

Retention Policy: We retain your data for as long as you have the App installed. Upon uninstallation, all store-specific data is purged from our active databases within 48 hours, as per Shopify's mandatory webhooks.
